Are utilities included?
We include water, sewage & parking with monthly rent. Apartments are all electric, no gas service is necessary.

Are pets allowed?
We are pet friendly!
3.
Are individual or short term leases available?
Leases are by apartment, not by tenant. Each tenant is equally responsible for the full amount.
Leases are generally a year in length, however shorter terms can be open at times. All units are unfurnished. Please contact us at the link below to discuss your specific situation further.
